On 4 November 2021, ViaCon Group AB (publ) (the \u201cCompany\u201d) issued senior secured floating rate bonds in an amount of EUR 100 million (the \u201cBonds\u201d).<\/strong><\/p>\n

For the purpose of the listing of the Bonds, the Company has prepared a prospectus that has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw: Finansinspektionen). The prospectus is available on the Company\u2019s corporate website: www.viacongroup.com.<\/a>
Admission to trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to take place on or about 26 January 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
