ViaCon Group AB (publ) (\u201cViaCon\u201d, or the \u201cIssuer\u201d) announces that, pursuant to a written procedure initiated on 21 August 2025 in respect of its EUR 100 million Senior Secured Callable Floating Rate Bonds due November 2025 with ISIN SE0016844617 (the \u201cBonds\u201d), the Issuer will partially redeem EUR 5.75 million of the Bonds <\/strong>pro rata<\/strong><\/em> at par along with accrued and unpaid interest to the date of redemption (the \u201cPartial Redemption\u201d).<\/strong><\/p>\n

The settlement date for the Partial Redemption will be 21 October 2025. Bondholders who are registered as holders of the Bonds per 14 October 2025 will be eligible for the partial redemption.
