On December 3, 2025, ViaCon announced that it had entered into an agreement regarding the sale of ViaCon's property in St Helens, UK.<\/p>\n

The transaction has now received the required approvals and signatures and the transaction has now been completed.<\/p>\n

The purchase price will be received by ViaCon within the next few days and will have a positive cash flow effect of approximately EUR 6 million.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
